If you have submitted a request to your practice, when they reply to your request you will receive an email similar to the below, notifying you of a new message:
Note: If you have enabled notifications on your device, you may also get a notification alerting you to a new message (for details on how to enable push notifications on your device click here)
When you receive the 'New message' email, clicking the blue 'See message' button in the email will take you directly to the request that the email relates to if you are still logged into your askmyGP account.
If you are not logged into your askmyGP account, you will instead be taken to the login screen, where you can enter your email address and password to access your account, after which you will then be taken directly to your open request to view the new message which the practice have sent.
