If you need to reset your password, you can request a password reset token at any time by going to the askmyGP staff login screen and selecting 'Forgotten password' .
This will send you an email containing a link, if you follow the link you can create a new password and log into the system.*
*In order to follow the reset link within the email, you will need to be on-site at the practice and connected to the HSCN, or if working remotely connected to the HSCN via VPN.
