Amending your staff profile

All users can visit their own profile page from the ‘Profile’ tab on the left-hand side. Changes can be made by editing the fields and then clicking on the ‘Update’ button. 

Notes:

Profession - This is visible to patients

Standard availability - This is your normal start and finish times on the days that you work. The capacity field is the number of hours you are available in your working day to deal with patient requests. This will be shown on the Dashboard and add to the total capacity for the practice and/or site.

Availability Exceptions - So that you don't have to keep changing your standard availability, whenever you are away from site for holidays, training, sickness etc. just click on the ‘Add’ button and enter those details and the system will automatically update to show you are not around on those dates/times.
