Yes - if you completed a request, but did not copy the notes to the clinical system, or you forgot to download the attachments, you can do so after completion.
Once the request has been 'completed', you can use the advanced search filter in 'requests' to retrieve it and delete it.
First, in 'requests' view, click the advanced search option (magnifying glass icon over to the right):
Ensure the 'Completed' box is ticked, to filter the search by completed requests and enter the request ID, or patient surname/DOB to find the request you need or narrow down the search, then click 'Apply':
Select the request you wish to retrieve and then click the 'copy' button:
To download the attachments, click the 'download' button underneath the attachments you require.
To copy the request summary to your clipboard so that you can add to the patient's notes, select the 'copy' button (Note any emojis within the patient's request or messages will not be copied over to their records):
