It is possible to download data held on a patient within askmyGP to a pdf file as might be needed for a subject access request.
- Select the ‘Patients’ tab.
- Enter the patient details. Only one field is needed to make a search, but the more fields filled, the more specific the search. Surname and DOB are recommended.
- Once details are entered, click ‘Apply’.
- Select the relevant patient.
- Click ‘Download history to pdf’ at the bottom of the screen.
