Smart Custom Actions allow patients to be directed to the most appropriate care pathway based on the content of their free text request.
For example, if a patient selected a free text pathway such as 'Routine request' or 'Consult a clinician' and entered within the form "It hurts when I wee" they will be directed to a UTI pathway to better capture the relevant information, if you have made one available to them.
How to set-up?
Important notes:
Firstly ensure you have contacted hello@evergreen-life.co.uk and requested activation of the SCA pathways. Once Evergreen have confirmed these have been activated, follow the below steps;
The following pathways are currently available to be activated for Smart Custom Actions:
First steps
Firstly you need to update your 'Consult A Clinician'/'Routine' form, as this is the master form that the topics feed into
- Within your existing Custom Action, simply click 'Edit' and change the form in the drop down list to the new version that has 'SCA' at the end of the form name
- All other settings can remain the same
- Click 'Update'
If you already have existing Custom Action Buttons for the above 4x topics;
- Within your existing Custom Action, simply click 'Edit' and change the form in the drop down list to the new version that has 'SCA' at the end of the form name
- All other settings can remain the same
- Click 'Update'
If you don't have existing Custom Action Buttons for the above 4x topics;
