askmyGP archives requests which were completed more than 3 months ago and allows you to quickly access older requests at any time.
By default, when viewing a request list, you will initially only see the more recent ones and will notice a ‘Show earlier requests’ button at the end of the list:
Clicking this button will show all of the other requests which are more than 3 months old:
You can then select the one you need to view it, or navigate through the pages to head further back to even earlier requests.
This button will appear in a few places within the system where older requests can be viewed:
- The ‘Previous Requests’ section when viewing the patient’s record, or a request they have submitted (as shown above)
- The ‘Completed’ list in the ‘Requests’ section:
- Or when applying an ‘Advanced search’ filter using the magnifying glass icon in the ‘Requests’ section:
Note: When viewing an archived request you will not be permitted to set a follow up, reopen the request, or delete the request, the only option presented is 'Copy'
