Is any approval needed from the CCG before I use a technology solution that has access to personal patient information (name, date of birth etc.)?

Each practice is responsible for their own information governance. This system is fully compliant with information governance requirements and developed under SCCI 0129.  The system is accessed via the N3 network. askmyGP have no remote access to your information.
