Creating and amending staff weekly rotas

Select the ‘Staff’ tab on the left-hand side and use the filters to search for the staff member whose rota you wish to edit.

Click on the ‘Weekly Rota’ tab. Select ‘Edit’ on the lower right-hand side. Details can be amended as necessary. Select ‘Update’ to save changes

You can also amend the weekly rota directly from the Dashboard by clicking on the pen icon for the staff member.


Please note, the 'Professional Group' is a mandatory field and will need to be populated if it isn't already in order for the record to save:



 

Whichever route you take, the system will automatically update the Dashboard.
