The Capacity Planning tool can be found in 'Settings>Capacity Planning' and allows you to make adjustments to the onscreen values which will provide the 'Predicted Demand' figure that appears on your dashboard:
If your practice list size significantly increases, this will have an impact on your daily demand and so the 'List size' figure will need to be updated by a member of our team, after which the predicted demand figures for each day will update accordingly.
If your list size has increased, please use the 'help' button in the app to notify us, so that we can update this for you.
