To address the issues of delay in assigning requests we propose to use a different mechanism to update the information you see on screen. To help us assess the impact of this before changes are made please could you:

2. Look for a line that says [status] connected (this usually appears within a second)

It is the grey "connected" message at the top of the screenshot and the 11:43 “connected” message that confirms success.
