If you have received a particular offensive, or inappropriate piece of patient feedback, a superuser at the practice is able to delete the feedback from your list to permanently remove it.
To do this, when viewing the feedback comment, select the 'Delete' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
You will be asked if you wish to proceed with deleting the feedback entry, select 'Yes':
A green message box will appear in the top right-hand corner to confirm that the feedback has been deleted:
